Last night we were outside in the front yard trying to release some of Erin's energy when Joe went over to check out our friendly spider. This spider has made itself at home in our front yard, and we are talking huge. Erin loves to look at it, but last night had some other plans for it.
Erin: Why don't you kill it daddy?
Joe: Because it is a garden spider, it won't hurt you, it just eats bad bugs.
Erin: Well....it's a bad bug, can it eat itself?
Mom: That's going on the blog!
I wish I could emphasize the way she said BUUUUG, and how serious she was. We needed a good laugh and Erin's always good for that!

That is hilarious!! The minds of these children...well of course...its a bug, so can't it eat itself!! That makes sense when you say it!! She is SOO cute!!
