Anna's therapist wants her to do exercises that bring attention to her mouth. One of the suggestions was giving her thick liquids to drink through straws, like a milkshake. So Anna thoroughly enjoyed this aspect of training, and big sister got in on the action too!

oh man - i'm jealous! i wish my doctor would order that for me! :)
that sounds like the best advice a dr. could give. do you think i could use that??? i do love the chick fil a shakes but i have to figure out a way to justify the calories! :) she DOES look like she is enjoying her training. :) the girls are looking SO BIG!!! i sure hope y'all get to come in Nov. my boys are going to go crazy over your girls. :)
