We took a trip to Charlotte, NC on the Friday after Christmas to visit my grandparents. They had never met Anna so we wanted to see them while we had some time off. Anna did great on the trip despite being sick and Erin enjoyed staying in a "show and tell" which is what she thought we were saying when we said hotel. G.G. was thrilled to get to hold Anna, they share their birthday(July 27). We had a great time and are so glad we made the trip. Erin enjoyed playing Grandma's organ, which is something Kim and I always loved to do growing up.

What precious pictures of GG with Anna - what a special time that must have been! I'm sorry to hear Anna was sick - just a cold or something, I HOpe?? Glad it was a good visit!
You know, these are those priceless moments...one that the girls probably won't remember more than the pictures one day, but SOO important!! HOW FUN!
Oh the memories that brings back for me too. We always loved Grandma's organ. How great to have grandparents still living to be able to share your lives with. grayson is blessed to have 1 great-grandma that we do see at least a few times each year, as she is in Florida!!
